Introduction
Welcome to Vixirite Apartments. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and stay at our properties. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vixirite Apartments ("we," "us," or "our") operates luxury apartment rentals in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. Our services include short-term and long-term apartment rentals, property management, and related hospitality services.
Booking & Reservation Terms
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to book an apartment. Valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in.
Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 30 days before check-in
Full refund of deposit (minus R500 administration fee)
15-30 days before check-in
50% refund of deposit
Less than 15 days before check-in
No refund (deposit forfeited)
*Special events and peak season bookings may have different cancellation terms as specified during booking.
Guest Responsibilities
- •Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents beyond normal wear and tear
- •No smoking is allowed inside any apartment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
- •Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained
- •Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in termination of stay without refund
- •Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed for safety and insurance purposes
Limitation of Liability
Vixirite Apartments is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This includes but is not limited to:
- -Loss or theft of personal belongings
- -Injury occurring on the premises (except due to proven negligence)
- -Interruptions to utilities or services beyond our control
- -Changes to local regulations or travel restrictions
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
