Policy Overview

At Vixirite Apartments, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

All refunds are calculated based on the deposit paid (30% of total booking value) and the cancellation timeframe. The balance payment (70%) is only due 7 days before check-in and is fully refundable if cancelled before that date.

* Peak season (December 15 - January 15) bookings have a stricter 45-day cancellation policy.

Follow these steps to request and receive a refund.

Submit Cancellation Request

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • No-shows (failure to check-in on scheduled date)
  • Early departure from booked stay
  • Cancellation due to personal reasons not covered by travel insurance
  • Force majeure events not covered by our insurance
  • Violation of house rules leading to termination of stay

Important: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and unforeseen circumstances.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

With proper documentation (doctor's note, hospital admission), we may offer credit for future stay instead of refund, valid for 12 months.

Travel Restrictions

If government-imposed travel restrictions prevent your stay, we offer full credit for future booking or rescheduling at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your stay once without penalty if requested more than 14 days before check-in, subject to availability.
